It began with Jacinto Montoya, a welder who ran a small local shop in Palmview, Texas. His dedication to quality, honesty, and hard work left a lasting impression on his son, Raul Montoya. Inspired by his father’s values and driven by the desire to build something bigger, Raul became a certified combination welder and founded Montoya’s Welding Services in the early 1980s.
What started with a single rig and a relentless work ethic quickly became a trusted name across the energy sector. Raul earned the confidence of some of the nation’s top oil, gas, and energy companies by delivering consistent, high-performance field solutions. Rooted in safety, precision, and trust.
Raul didn’t just build a company; he built a legacy to provide for his family and prove that excellence scales.
